The Coordinamento delle Strade del Vino e dei Sapori del Veneto will be a key player at Fieracavalli 2025 on 9 November 2025. The Veneto Region stand, located in Hall 4, position D2, will host a series of tastings dedicated to typical local products and wines, promoting the region's rich food and wine heritage in a context of excellence.

 

The Coordinamento delle Strade del Vino e dei Sapori del Veneto will be a key player at Fieracavalli 2025 on 9 November 2025.

The Veneto Region stand, located in Hall 4, position D2, will host a series of tastings dedicated to typical products and wines from the region, promoting the region's rich food and wine heritage in a context of excellence.

The tastings, organised directly by Coordinamento delle Strade del Vino e dei Sapori del Veneto, will offer visitors a journey through sparkling wines, renowned wines and gastronomic specialities, recounting the history and unique characteristics of the Veneto region.

The tasting programme:

Sunday 9 November 2025

  • 11.30am – Territories and products: Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG and battered Radicchio di Treviso PGI.
  • 12.30pm – Sparkling wines and typical products: Durello DOC accompanied by warm Monte Veronese DOP cheese, baked pumpkin sticks and walnuts.
  • 1.30pm – Territories and products: Valpolicella DOC with Vialone Nano Veronese IGP rice, presented in a Valpolicella DOC risotto.
  • 2.30pm – Comparing territories and wines: Soave DOC and Arcole DOC, accompanied by typical local products.


During the tastings, a representative from each of the Wine and Food Trails will be present to give visitors an overview of the beauty and unique features of their territory, strengthening the network for promoting the region and raising the profile of Veneto's excellence at a national and international level.

This initiative represents a unique opportunity to promote Veneto's food and wine offerings, highlighting the quality of DOC and DOCG wines and products with protected designation of origin, symbols of a rich and varied cultural and gastronomic heritage.
