A JOURNEY THROUGH TASTE, CULTURE AND TERRITORY

From 10 to 15 June 2025, the heart of the Marca Trevigiana region will come alive with the second edition of the Asolo Montello Fest, a food and wine festival created to celebrate the excellence, traditions and authentic soul of the area between the hills of Asolo and Montello. Four days of events, experiences and flavours, combining history, culture, wine and conviviality.

Asolo Montello Fest 2025: a journey through taste, culture and territory

From 10 to 15 June 2025, the heart of the Marca Trevigiana will come alive with the second edition of the Asolo Montello Fest, a food and wine festival created to celebrate the excellence, traditions and authentic soul of the territory between the hills of Asolo and Montello. Four days of events, experiences and flavours, combining history, culture, wine and conviviality.

An immersive experience of wine, oil, culture and history, designed to promote typical products, local traditions and the infinite nuances of a territory that combines natural charm and cultural heritage.

This is the programme:

  • Wednesday 11 June – Tourism, culture and archaeology of taste
    Opening conference – 'Montello for tourism, Tourism for Montello'

At Villa Correr Pisani, Montebelluna from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
It opens with an important institutional moment: the closing conference of the Patentino dell'Ospitalità (Hospitality Licence) project, which will be attended by the Regional Councillor for Tourism Federico Caner, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, Municipalities and Strada del Vino. At the end, there will be the presentation of certificates and the official presentation of the 2025 edition of the festival.

FABULAE – Journeys through history and taste

At the Museum of Natural History and Archaeology in Montebelluna from 8 p.m.
An evening combining archaeology and tasting, with a guided tour of the exhibition “Le situle raccontano i Veneti antichi” (The situlae tell the story of the ancient Veneti) and a talk by Prof. Danilo Gasparini on wine in Venetian civilisation. The evening will conclude with a tasting inspired by the topics discussed.

 

  • Thursday 12 June – Between Venetian history and contemporary philosophy
    Taste through time – Lecture by Alessandro Marzo Magno

At Villa di Maser from 6.30 p.m.
A journey through taste across the centuries, with storytelling dedicated to the food and wine habits of the Republic of Venice. At the end, there will be a guided tasting of EVO oil and a book corner curated by Libreria Ubik.

Montello in Philosophy – ‘Imago’ show

At Villa Correr Pisani at 9:00 p.m.
Philosophy meets theatre with “Nietzsche, the philosopher who embraced a horse”, the opening show of the “Montello in Philosophy” festival, in collaboration with the La Chiave di Sophia Association. Local wine tasting at the opening.

 

  • Saturday 14 June – The market of flavours
    Flavours of Asolo and Montello – Food and wine market exhibition

At Piazza Selese, Montebelluna from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A true celebration of taste in the city centre: local producers, wineries and artisans of taste will offer tastings and direct sales.
Event in collaboration with the Consorzio Vini Asolo Montello.

 

The Asolo Montello Fest 2025 is much more than a wine festival: it is a journey into the rural culture of Veneto, an opportunity to explore topics related to the philosophy of taste, sustainable tourism, and the cultural and historical identity of the Marca Trevigiana.

Each event is designed to engage the public in authentic experiences, suitable for tourists, enthusiasts, families, and industry professionals.

The initiative is promoted by the Veneto Wine and Local Products Coordination Committee Coordinamento delle Strade del Vino e dei Sapori del Veneto, in collaboration with the Asolo and Montello Wine Route Association, with the collaboration of Ascom Confcommercio, Coldiretti Treviso, the Asolo Montello Wine Consortium and numerous local authorities.
